Insight Search will provide your Company with an individual who is fully qualified, wants your position, and their tenure with your Company is virtually assured. However, in the event that a candidate resigns, or leaves the company, within the first four (4) months of employment, we will devote all of our resources to refill the position at no extra cost. After hire, we will follow-up with the client to ensure placements are successful and that your investment is worthwhile. The time frame of our guarantee can be negotiated. We firmly believe that knowledgeable staff are the foundation of your Company and directly affect your performance and profitability. By meeting at your location, we work with you to garner all available information regarding your Company and its needs to provide superior service, now and in the future. Our fee is due and payable when a candidate is presented by Insight Search and is subsequently employed by your Firm, one of its Subsidiaries, Associate Companies or Divisions or any Organization you may refer our Candidate to within an eighteen (18) month period.
